How do I know how many treatments I have left?

Which treatment is best for me?


In the first instance, please visit our online treatment menu. Alternatively, contact customerservice@thelight-salon.com with specific skin and treatment questions or to book an online consultation.

I haven’t used all my treatments this month – can I roll them over?


It’s not possible to roll over treatments. We recommend booking a few at a time to make the best use of your membership.

I haven’t used all of my treatments this month – can a friend use them instead?


Membership benefits cannot be shared with others. However, on your birthday we will invite you to bring a friend to experience a treatment with you free of charge.

Can I share my membership with someone else?


Membership benefits cannot be shared with others.

I’m going on holiday this month – can I pause my membership?


It’s not possible to pause and re-start membership. Should you need to cancel, please email membership@thelight-salon.com.

How and when will payment be taken?


Your membership fee will be taken automatically each month from the payment card details supplied and on (or around) the date you signed up.

How do I cancel my membership?


Please email membership@thelight-salon.com to give one calendar month’s notice of cancellation. Please note, there is a minimum subscription period of 3 months.

I bought my membership for Harvey Nichols. Can I use this in Selfridges?


We no longer offer membership in our Selfridges salon.
