LED for Professional & At-Home Use

Edited

What is the difference between salon-only and at-home LED?

At-home LED devices are designed to be used more frequently, so delivering a measured dose of light over a 4-week period. Generally, more sessions are required with an at-home device than with a powerful, floor-standing panel device.

However, when assessing differences, it’s not the device's design that determines them.

For example, our Boost LED face mask has over-the-counter clearance (can be sold for at-home use by non-professionals) and is also made in accordance with medical directives and is a Portable, Professional device.

The key parameters to compare are the wavelengths of light produced (the output intensity), which can vary widely across devices.

Our Boost LED Mask has been designed for frequent (or even daily) use. They are engineered to deliver an optimised dose of light into the skin and to maintain the results of your professional salon LED appointments (much the same as your everyday skincare routine treats your skin between salon facials).
